Due to the nature of digital products and mobile applications, all purchases made through our applications or app stores are final. Once you have downloaded and gained access to the application or in-app content, no refunds will be provided.
Our applications that are available for free download do not require payment and therefore do not involve refund considerations. However, any in-app purchases made within free applications are subject to this no-refund policy.
While we do not offer direct refunds, purchases made through app stores may be subject to the respective app store's refund policy:

In exceptional circumstances involving technical failures on our part that prevent you from accessing purchased content, we may consider providing alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis. This does not constitute a guarantee of refunds.
We reserve the right to update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
